Who can join?
Anyone 18+ with a Hexy account. Joining is free and active immediately after you accept the Partner Terms.
Which products earn commission?
Every product in the Hexy Tools category: Hexy Tools Pro and the six category passes (Design, Prototyping, Production, Marketing, Crowdfunding, Logistics). STL files, PDFs and other shop products do not count.
How are sales tracked?
Your link sets a 60-day cookie and pre-fills your code in the checkout discount field. A sale counts when your code is in that field at payment. Buyers can also type your code by hand.
Cookie or coupon: which one wins?
The coupon field always wins. Your link only pre-fills it. If the buyer replaces it with another code, or removes it, the sale is not yours. If several partner links were clicked, the last click fills the field.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is on hold for 30 days (the refund window), then it becomes available. We pay out available commissions monthly once your balance reaches 50 USD.
How do I get paid?
By PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN). Add your payout details in the dashboard. Companies can send us an invoice.
What is the minimum payout?
50 USD. Below that, your balance simply rolls over to the next month.
What happens with refunds?
A refunded or charged-back order cancels its commission. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Can I use my own code?
No. Own purchases do not earn commission, and checkout refuses your own code.
Do renewals count?
Yes. Hexy Tools Pro is a 12-month pass. Each renewal is a new purchase, so if the buyer renews with your code, you earn 30% again.
Can I change my code?
Yes, as long as it has no sales. After the first sale the code is locked, so links you have already shared keep working.
What about taxes?
You are responsible for your own taxes. Companies may invoice us. We show all your earnings in the dashboard so reporting is easy.
