Partner Terms

These Partner Terms are between you (the partner, a person or a company) and Hexy Studio, which runs the hexy.digital shop (“Hexy Digital”, “we”). They apply to the Hexy Partner Program: recommending products of the Hexy Tools category on hexy.digital in exchange for a commission.

The program does not make you our employee, agent or representative. You may not conclude contracts or make promises in our name.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Hexy account. One partner account per person or company.

You join by choosing a partner code and accepting these terms. Your account is active immediately. We may refuse or suspend an account under section 9.

Your code may contain 3-20 letters, digits, _ or -. It must not be misleading, offensive, or use the names of Hexy or third-party brands. You can change it until it has its first sale; after that it is locked.

Buyers who use your code get 10% off products of the Hexy Tools category. The discount is funded by us.

Your link stores your code in a cookie for 60 days (the last partner link clicked wins) and pre-fills it in the checkout discount field. An order is attributed to you only if your code is in that field when the order is placed, whether pre-filled or typed by the buyer. The coupon field always takes priority over the cookie.

If the buyer removes your code, uses another discount code, or blocks cookies and does not type the code, the order is not attributed. Only one code applies per order.

You earn 30% of the amount the buyer actually paid for products of the Hexy Tools category in an attributed order, after the partner discount, net of refunds. Other products in the same order do not count.

Each paid purchase counts separately, including renewals of a 12-month pass bought with your code.

Commission is calculated in the order currency and shown in USD in your dashboard. We may change the commission rate for future sales with 30 days' notice; sales made before the change keep the old rate.

Each commission is pending for 30 days after payment (refund and chargeback window). After that it becomes available for payout.

If an order is refunded or charged back before payout, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid out, we deduct the amount from your next payouts (clawback). If a dispute is resolved in our favour, the commission is restored.

You may not:

• buy through your own code or link, or have orders placed for your own benefit (self-referral);
• bid on “Hexy”, “Hexy Tools”, “Hexy Digital” or similar terms or misspellings in paid search ads, or use them in ad display URLs;
• send spam: unsolicited e-mails, messages or mass comments;
• publish your code on coupon, voucher or cashback sites without our written consent;
• make misleading claims about the products, prices, discounts or your relationship with us;
• impersonate Hexy, use our logos in a way that suggests you are Hexy, or create sites or accounts that look official;
• hide that you earn a commission where the law or the platform rules require a disclosure (for example #ad or “affiliate link”);
• generate artificial clicks or orders, or use cookie stuffing or similar techniques.

Commissions resulting from prohibited practices are not payable and may be reversed.

Payouts are manual and monthly. We pay your available balance once it reaches 50 USD; a smaller balance rolls over. Payouts are made by PayPal or bank transfer to the details you provide.

You are responsible for providing correct and complete payout data and keeping it up to date. We are not liable for payments lost because of incorrect data. Transfer fees charged by your bank or PayPal are borne by you.

If you act as a company, we may ask for an invoice before each payout. You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions. Private persons resident in Poland are settled under the applicable tax rules; we may ask for the data needed for that purpose.

You may leave the program at any time from your dashboard or by writing to studio@hexy.studio. Available commissions are paid out after the hold period, minus refunds and chargebacks, if they reach the minimum.

We may end the program or these terms with 30 days' notice. We may suspend your account or code immediately if we suspect abuse or a breach of section 7; pending commissions then stay under review and may be cancelled if the breach is confirmed.

We may update these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version in your dashboard before you can continue. Changes do not affect commissions already earned.

We provide the program as is and do not guarantee any level of sales or earnings, or that tracking will work in every browser. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.

You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to it.

We store your partner code, payout details and commission history to run the program and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Clicks on your link are stored as anonymised hashes, never as raw IP addresses. You see aggregated clicks and sales; you do not receive buyers' personal data.

Polish law applies; the courts of Warsaw have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer or business protections that apply to you.
