Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Digital content

Products are digital files (STL, PDF) delivered by download from your Digital Library right after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Right of withdrawal

By asking for immediate access at checkout you agree that delivery starts at once and you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Files that are faulty or not as described are replaced or refunded.

4. Licence

Personal, non-commercial use. You may print models for yourself and your gaming group. Reselling, sharing or uploading the files, and selling prints, are not allowed without a commercial licence.

5. Account and access

Purchases are linked to your Hexy account. Downloads are unlimited for personal use, subject to fair-use rate limits.
